No one likes talking money, and I'm just as British about it as the next person, however some example rates are below. These may be negotiable and what we agree will be dependent on the nature of the work. 

 

I work remotely from my home in Leeds, West Yorkshire, but travel all over the UK for concerts and events as required.

Marketing

Day rate: £300 - £400 per day

 

Negotiable within above scale; typically my day rate incorporates most expenses unless regular travel or overnight stays are required. An hourly rate for work outside of agreed days may be agreed in advance.

 

Invoices are sent at the end of each calendar month. Prompt payment within 30 days is appreciated. Charges will be incurred for late payment of invoices.

Photography

Concert or rehearsal package (2 hours event) + edit: £150* / £200

Half day event (up to 4 hours) + edit: £250* / £300

Full day event (up to 8 hours) + edit: £400* / £500

*lower rate available to registered charities only and must be requested by the client at the point of booking

Prices are not inclusive of travel expenses, which will be charged separately if your event is more than 50 miles from Leeds, West Yorkshire.

Edited photographs are supplied as full-resolution .JPG files.

Design

A5 flyers: £175 (three rounds of amends)

Poster: £175 (three rounds of amends)

Programme books 4pp: £250 (unlimited amends)

Programme books 8pp - 24pp: £300 (unlimited amends)

Programme books 24pp+: £350 (unlimited amends)

 

Further amends are charged at an hourly rate of £60. Prices for other design projects are available on request.

Videography

 

A quote will be provided on receipt of a brief.

 

Edits beyond the scope of the original brief are charged at an hourly rate of £75.
